Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, one of the best business schools in China, boasts a rich history and tradition which dates back to the Business School of Nan Yang Public School applied by Sheng Xuanhuai to the Qing Government and founded in 1903.It has enjoyed a time-honored history and is regarded as one of the first institutions of higher education to open management-related disciplines. The program of Railway Management was founded in 1918 and it was later elevated to the School of Transportation Management in 1928. In 1979, the Department of Industrial Management was reestablished and the School of Management was reinstated in 1984. In 2000, the School was renamed as Antai College of Management. And in 2006, the School was renamed as Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM). Thanks to the joint efforts made by generations of SJTU/Antai people, ACEM has established itself as a top business school with a good reputation at home and abroad, and the first business school in mainland China to have been triply accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA, the three largest and most influential business school accreditation associations in the world. International seminars have been regularly held as a way of exchanging with the world-class business schools including the Global Business School Dean Forum, the Nobel Forum, and the World Economics Conference. In 2016, ACEM gained approval and became a member of the UNICON Business School. The four major programs including MBA, EE (Executive Education), EMBA, and MSc (Master of Management) were all ranked among the top 40 in the global rankings of the Financial Times in the UK, therefore taking a lead in the Asian business schools.

The Executive Education (EE) Center directly under ACEM, SJTU, one of the best business schools in China, upholds the rigorous and pragmatic style of school running and the pursuit of excellence in international education, by offering open courses, customized courses, and international courses. Through the systematic learning of the course, it helps students and enterprises to improve the structure of management knowledge, obtain the frontier dynamics of management theory, solve practical management problems, improve innovative thinking and leadership, and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, as well as innovative development. At the same time, it builds a platform for the government, universities, and enterprises to integrate resources and establish long-term and stable strategic alliances with key enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region to spread global successful management ideas and experience in order to help enterprises develop rapidly.
