Program Cycle:
The duration is 12 months. Every month, there will be classes on two days (Saturday and Sunday) with lectures and forums from time to time.
Venue:
Room A411, 1954, huashan Road, An Tai College of Economics and management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Target:
Senior executives (including founders, CEOs, and BoD chairman) of leading companies in the industry;
Senior executives like chairman/CEO of traditional enterprises;
Founders, partners, or CEOs of startup companies;
First or second-generation chairman, general manager and other senior managers of family businesses.Fee:
Tuition fee: 168,000 RMB(including handouts and materials, lunch, training and teaching administration fees). Expenses of studying abroad, such as visa application, accommodation and transportation fees are not included.

Summary
Innovation and Management Program for China CEO is the flagship management program of Antai College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University for more than 20 years, which enjoys remarkable influence and powerful alumni network in the field of training for senior managers in China. Adhering to the rich experience in running schools, the project combines authoritative professors and industry experts to form an "Elite Think Tank" to create a course that combines innovative management with industry-university-research practice. This course integrates the essence of macro situation, meso strategy and micro practice to help trainees deeply understand the business pattern in the era of change, grasp the management methodology and analysis strategy to deal with the uncertain environment, and help them explore the opportunities of industrial development, business transformation paths, and the value of corporate innovation, meanwhile, gather the new business science, new ecology, and management advancement, and entrepreneurs to the change of the future - to understand and embrace the "uncertainty" of the future.
This era is destined to be a great one. Ways of production and living are silently transformed by big data, smart technologies, mobile internet, cloud computing and other technologies through exchange and integration. The world of the Internet of Everything is crying out for attention, and the pace of cross-border integration is overwhelming. Technological advancement, model innovation and strategic change have become the key factors for the sustainable development of enterprises. In the new era of great changes filled with uncertainty, are entrepreneurs fully prepared for the ever changing society? How could business management keep pace with the times? How can enterprises break through? How to empower enterprises to achieve stable, healthy and sustainable development?

Ø Expand your personal and professional network: In-depth analysis of real enterprise cases in the form of overseas study tours, mobile classes,visits to well-known innovative enterprises, student enterprise salons, and private board meetings, field research, and jointly explore the way of enterprise reform and development. Cross-class, cross-industry, the full combination of theory and practice, so that executives really learn in practice, practice in learning.
Ø Team exercise: sand table simulation, group work, scenario reproduction, diversified forms of thinking collision, self-breakthrough. Cross-industry, cross-region, cross-background, diversified case analysis, and jointly discuss the future direction of Chinese enterprises.
Ø Teaching method: Through lectures, forums, open classrooms, meditation experiences and other diversified forms, we provide students and alumni with multi-thematic exchanges on humanities, management, science and technology, nature, etc., so as to realize the "common way" in management.
