This program is specially designed for senior executives. After systematically learning those modules, students will learn theories and decision-making methods related to modern management have a deeper understanding of various business models and equip management and decision-making capabilities necessary in current economic, social and technological environment.

Module 1Introduction

Deducing Chinas Economic Fundamentals
Enterprise development must grasp China's macroeconomic development trends and characteristics. Through the interpretation of China's economic development and the analysis of the market economic environment, the course will give you the strategies to deal with the company's strategy and business operation.

History and Culture of Centennial Jiaotong University

Learn about the development of Jiao Tong University and the outstanding alumni. Join the team to discover the humanistic heritage and historical characteristics of a centennial university.

Immersive Team Building
Team building is aimed at cultivating a sense of cooperation and enterprising spirit. Utilizing the natural environment, through a variety of well-designed game activities and group confrontation, in the process of solving problems and meeting challenges, participants can achieve the goal of "sharpening will, perfecting personality, melting the team, and creating team spirit".

 

Module 2 : Management Practice

Strategic Engagement On Land and Human Resource Management

Through case studies, help participants gain a deeper understanding of the cutting-edge dynamics in human resources. Apply HR theories to optimize individual quality, improve team performance and achieve organizational change. Explain human resource management and process design from a strategic perspective.

Team Management and Execution Building

Execution is the foundation of teamwork, the guarantee of goal accomplishment, and the driving force for the healthy operation and sustainable development of cross-functional teams. The course will focus on execution and building an agile organization to help teams achieve high efficiency, unity and sustainable development.

Communication Skills and Business Negotiation

This course aims to analyse common negotiation problems and internal & external pressures in negotiation, to help participants design effective scenario negotiation routines (SNR), to shape the correct negotiation thinking, and to build a negotiation and communication management system.

Leader Self-awareness and Other-knowledge

In the form of classroom interactive reality with real and vivid cases, in-depth explanation of the principles and use of scientific workplace personality testing tools. This will help the students to know themselves, understand others, choose the right talents, put them in the right position, give full play to their strengths, and make good use of them.

Management Psychology

The course introduces the psychological mechanism of decision-making among managers, employees and customers, and how leaders can effectively influence individual judgment and decision-making. The course helps managers to master decision-making methods in business management and to improve the efficiency of leadership through rational decision-making.

Internal Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Managers need to continually think beyond existing thinking and make innovative thinking truly effective through the management of innovation. Use innovative thinking to break through bottlenecks. So as to establish the core competitiveness that competitors can not be copied.

 

Module 3 : Management Development

Marketing in New Media Era

Excellent marketing and branding is a powerful driving force and support for corporate profitability and competitive success. This course will focus on the practical problems faced by managers, starting from clarifying the basic concepts, gradually guiding the participants to organically integrate marketing strategy and brand creation and management, so as to successfully implement corporate management and decision-making.

Management Decision-making and Practical Simulation

This course trains managers to coordinate, cooperate, lead and make decisions in a team by simulating major decision-making events in the business process.

Financial Management for Non-financial Personnel

This course is designed to teach the basic theories of financial management and new trends in corporate practice. It helps managers to gain insight into the financial operation of a company. It also introduces the methods of financial statement analysis, so that participants can understand and evaluate the company's financial position and operating results, and choose financial strategies that will help increase the company's future profits.

Operation and Refined Management

The competitive market environment is constantly evolving, and enterprises will have numerous confusions in the process of operation. This course deconstructs the concept of process, innovation in process and management of process variability by analyzing the essence of lean management. It helps participants to realize smooth and fast correspondence of the process, so as to realize refined management.

Legal Issues in Enterprise Operation and Management

Market economy is an economy based on the rule of law, and only under the framework of the law can the market operate in an orderly manner. This course helps students to understand the laws and regulations involved in the process of business operation, establish legal awareness, effectively control legal risks and ensure the safe, orderly and efficient development of enterprises.

 

Module 4 : Capacity Enhancement

Chinese Traditional Culture and Management Wisdom

This course discusses astronomy, geography and personnel. The content of the course covers from natural science to social science, from social production to social life, from the strategies of emperors and generals in governing the country to the philosophy of the common people in dealing with the world and being a human being. It presents the essence of Chinese culture in all aspects, and draws from it a wealth of ways of life and management wisdom.

Speech and Presentation

Speech and presentation is carried out throughout the management activities and process, it is the direct way of managers' persuasive and influential performance. Through the special study of common situations, this course inspires and trains the habit of thinking, helps managers to accumulate the corpus, improve and enrich the language performance ability, and realize effective management.

Case Study and Writing

As an important tool in contemporary management education, case writing is an effective way to exercise managers' analytical ability and enterprise diagnostic ability. The teaching of case writing not only teaches the method of case writing, but also develops the ability of students to apply management theories to the practice of business operation.
